the fascination of the relationship between the spine and the landscape, equally as important a horizon to the structure of the earth. counting of the vertebrae in the physical form, and the subsequent sculpting of the vertebrae into the natural. the “polymorph vertebrae” were sculpted from the smart material polymorph, which has the ability to dissolve when submerged in soil, much like the decomposition of the body.
